Cancellation Policy for Lessons

Please attend all of your scheduled lessons. Once you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel, call us and give 24 hours’ notice. We will then cancel your lesson without any penalty. Each student can take 2 make-up classes per session, where space is available. Management may grant additional make-up classes at their discretion. You cannot take another make-up class if you miss a scheduled make-up class.
If you cancel at the last minute or miss a class without notifying management, you will lose one class from your package. We will not offer a refund or credit in this case.
We do not offer refunds for any lessons. You can receive a credit toward a future lesson, valid for up to 6 months.
Missed classes do not carry over to the next session unless management approves in special circumstances.

The balance for the upcoming session is due upon registration. A Deposit is required for future sessions.
A registration deposit will be required to hold any spot for upcoming sessions
Payment is due in full upon registration to confirm all lesson dates
All registrations must be done by phone, e-mail, or online
If you withdraw from a session and then later re-register, we can not guarantee availability for your original time slot.

Our pool requires children ages 7 and above to use their gender-specific change room. Adults must follow the same protocol.
Children 6 and under may use the opposite gender change room if their accompanying parent is of the opposite gender
Showers work on a first-come, first-served basis. They may not be reserved.
No belongings may be left unattended in the changing rooms.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles in our facilities or parking lots.

Parents/guardians may take photos of their child during lessons. Only your child is permitted to be in the photo.
Staff reserve the right to view photos if there is a concern.
You accept that you or your child may be pictured/photographed by an assigned member of the KJ Aquatics Team, and such material can be used by KJ Aquatics. If you do not want your child to be photographed, please notify the management. Notice will be given, and individual permission will be asked before any photography commences.
